1. Review of Symptoms
We begin by asking when the problem occurs and under what conditions.

2. Visual Drivetrain Inspection
Our technicians inspect accessible drivetrain components for: Fluid leaks, Damaged boots, Worn components, Loose hardware, Corrosion, Physical damage, and signs of excessive wear. Depending on the vehicle, this may include the driveshaft, axles, differential, CV joints, and related components.
3. Driveshaft Inspection
On vehicles equipped with a driveshaft, we inspect components such as the driveshaft, Universal joints, Center support bearing when applicable, mounting points, and related hardware. Worn driveshaft components can contribute to clunking or vibration.
4. CV Axle and Joint Inspection.
For front-wheel-drive, all-wheel-drive, and some four-wheel-drive vehicles, CV axles and joints are important drivetrain components. We look for: Torn CV boots, Grease leakage, Clicking noises, Excessive play, Damaged joints, Abnormal wear
5. Differential Inspection
